VascuTech Medical brings its core medical device manufacturing capabilities together in one facility in Oaks, Pennsylvania. Because tip forming, hole drilling, pad printing, insert molding and assembly all happen under one roof, we can control quality at every step and move projects forward without outsourcing delays.
Our engineering team supports customers from early process development and prototyping through validation and full production. We work with single and multi-lumen tubing, a wide range of French sizes and materials, and both short prototype runs and high-volume orders.

Each capability is supported by experienced technicians and engineers who understand vascular access devices. That experience helps us anticipate issues with thin-walled tubing, small French sizes and multi-lumen designs before they reach production, saving time and cost for our OEM partners.
Many projects use several capabilities together. A single catheter might be tip formed, drilled, pad printed and fitted with a molded hub before final assembly, and keeping those steps in one facility makes scheduling, traceability and change control much simpler.
