Medical Injection Molding and Insert Molding

VascuTech Medical provides medical injection molding for hubs, connectors and catheter components. Our insert molding rotary table system is designed for shot-to-shot consistency, helping keep rejects low and dimensions repeatable from lot to lot.

Our medical injection molding work includes insert molding and over molding on single, dual, triple and quad lumen catheters, as well as hubs, stylets and luer extensions. Because molding happens in the same facility as assembly and tip forming, components move directly into the next step.

All work follows a quality system designed around the ISO 13485 standard. Contact our team to discuss your molding project.

Before production, we review part geometry, material and gating with your engineers and run sample shots to confirm fit and finish. Once approved, process settings are documented so future lots match the original specification.

Why partner with VascuTech Medical? Founded in 2009 by a mechanical engineer, we focus on efficient, minimalist designs and manufacture 100% in the USA. As a vertically integrated facility, we complete work in-house quickly and precisely, without outsourcing delays or added expense, and we stay price competitive while supporting better patient outcomes. Browse our products to see these capabilities at work.

We can also help redesign existing hubs or components to improve moldability, reduce cost or simplify downstream assembly.
